DreamTaq DNA Polymerase is an enhancedTaq< that is optimized for all standard PCR applications /i>DNA polymerase. Compared with traditionalTaqDNA polymerase, it has higher sensitivity and can synthesize longer PCR products with higher yields. The reaction setup and cycling conditions for DreamTaq DNA Polymerase are the same as for regularTaqDNA Polymerase. There is no need to fully optimize reaction conditions. Supplied with optimized DreamTaq buffer containing 20 mM MgCl₂.

DreamTaq PCR Master Mix (2X) is a ready-to-use solution containing DreamTaq DNA Polymerase, optimized DreamTaq Buffer, MgCl₂, and dNTPs. This premixed preparation saves time and reduces contamination as PCR setup requires fewer pipetting steps. The reaction mixture retains all the properties of DreamTaq DNA Polymerase. It robustly amplifies targets up to 6 kb from genomic DNA and up to 20 kb from viral DNA.
