PureLink™ Rapid Gel Extraction and PCR Purification Combo Kit is designed to purify DNA fragments from agarose gels. Simple procedure uses silica spin columns to purify DNA fragments from 40 bp to 10 kb in <30 minutes. It provides all the components needed to quickly and efficiently remove short primers, dNTPs, enzymes, short-strand amplification failed PCR products, and salts from >100 bp PCR fragments in less than 10 minutes. DNA isolated using PureLink™ kits is protein-, dye- and agarose-free and can be used directly in a variety of applications, including automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, manual DNA sequencing, PCR, in vitro transcription, restriction mapping, cloning and labeling. This kit contains all buffers from the PureLink™ Rapid Gel Extraction Kit and the PCR binding buffer from the PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit with Invitrogen brand capped columns.
