Thermo Scientific Aminoallyl-dUTP (5-[3-Aminoallyl]-2'-deoxyuridine -5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 10 mM and 50 mM aqueous solutions and titrated to pH 7.0 using NaOH.

Aminoallyl-dUTP can be obtained by using Reverse transcriptase, TaqDNA Polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow fragment, Klenow fragment without exonuclease activity and DNA polymerase I are integrated into DNA . The resulting amino-containing DNA can then be labeled with any fluorescent dye, biotin, or hapten that reacts with amino groups.
