Thermo Scientific dNTP Mix contains premixed aqueous solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 25 mM. The nucleotide purity is greater than 99%, and does not contain nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. Mixtures help reduce the number of pipetting steps and the risk of errors in reaction setup. They are designed for use in many different molecular biology applications.
