Product Usage
This double-stranded DNA molecular weight standard is compatible with 1–2 % standards and Precast agarose slab gels for visualization after ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe staining. Due to the uniform band intensity and bright reference band, sizing and orientation can be easily performed. A defined amount of DNA in each band allows for approximate quantification of sample DNA.
