The Thermo Scientific GeneRuler Ultra-Low Range DNA Ladder is recommended for use on agarose or polyacrylamide gels from 10 bp to 300 Sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA in the bp range. DNA molecular weight standards consist of 11 DNA fragments and contain 6X TriTrack DNA loading dye.

Product Use
This double-stranded DNA molecular weight standard is compatible with the 4–5 % standard and precast agarose slab gels, which can be visualized after staining with ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe. Due to the uniform band intensity and bright reference band, sizing and orientation can be easily performed. A defined amount of DNA in each band allows for approximate quantification of sample DNA.
