TetraSpeck™ Fluorescent Microsphere Sampling Kit Contains 0.1 μm, 0.5 μm and 4.0 μm TetraSpeck™ Microbead sample. TetraSpeck™ beads were stained with four different fluorescent dyes, resulting in perfectly separated excitation/emission peaks for each bead - 360/430 nm (blue), 505/515 nm (green), 560/580 nm (orange) and 660/680 nm (dark red). These microspheres can greatly facilitate the calibration of conventional fluorescence microscopes, confocal laser scanning microscopes, and associated image processing equipment for scientific and commercial imaging (especially multicolor applications).
