Fixed membrane-breaking concentrate is designed to bind antibodies to transcription factors and nuclear proteins (such as Foxp3 and Ki-67) as well as cells factors and chemokines. This must be combined with Fixed Disruption Diluent (Cat. No. 00-5223) and Disruption Buffer (10X) (Cat. No. 00-8333). Alternatively, all the buffers required for staining with these antibodies can be purchased as a set, the Foxp3 Transcription Factor Flow Fixation Breakdown Buffer (Cat. No. 00-5523).
