Dynabeads™ Rat Anti-Mouse IgM combines your choice of mouse IgM for specific cell isolation or depletion. Cells from all species except mouse can be isolated with this product, depending on the specific antibody chosen.

• Removal: cells can be cleared from the sample
• Positive isolation: cells can be positively isolated from the sample for molecular applications
• Negative isolation: cells can be removed by adding mouse IgM antibodies mixture to negatively isolate target cells from the PBMC sample to remove unwanted cells. Compatible with flow cytometry analysis.

Whole blood, PBMC, buffy coat, tissue digest products.
