Use this kit to isolate highly pure and highly active contamination-free T cells from PBMC through negative separation. The kit can remove B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and red blood cells. Human T cells selected through negative isolation remain in the sample and do not come into contact with Dynabeads. Bead-free, antibody-free T cells are not truly contaminated and remain intact, making them suitable for any functional assay and application.

Methodology :
A cocktail of anti-non-T cell antibodies is added to the sample to enable it to bind to the cells. Dynabeads™ are added and bind to antibody-labeled cells during a short incubation period. Bead-bound cells on the magnetic rack are rapidly detached and discarded. The remaining negative isolated contamination-free human T cells can be analyzed directly in the flow cytometer and used for any application.

Note: The negative isolation strategy isolates pure, truly contact-free cells. If higher cell purity is required, a positive cell isolation strategy is recommended
