Dynabeads™ Untouched™ Mouse T Cells contain a cocktail of magnetic beads and antibodies to remove all white blood cells, leaving only target mouse T cells. This negatively isolated unexposed mouse T cells are highly pure and active and can be used in any downstream application.
• Rapid isolation of unexposed mouse T cells – no columns required
• Highly pure and viable mouse T cells that can be used in any downstream application
Recovered cells have Excellent Yield, Purity and Viability Mouse Depletion Dynabeads™ suspensions contain uniform superparamagnetic microbeads (4.5 µm diameter) that easily detach cells from any single cell suspension. Therefore, this reagent is particularly suitable for enriching tissue digests, such as mouse spleen and lymph node cells. Mouse Depletion Dynabeads™ are coated with secondary polyclonal antibodies conjugated to rat IgG. The antibody cocktail contains a rat IgG cocktail that binds mouse B cells, NK cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, red blood cells, and granulocytes. The antibody mixture is first added to the sample tube to bind to unwanted non-T cells. Cells were washed to remove excess antibody and mouse Depletion Dynabeads™ were added. After a short incubation, use
Magnet Stand at 1 – Detach bead-bound cells in 2 minutes. Purified target mouse T cells in the supernatant can be transferred to a new tube for any downstream applications. This fast and gentle separation method does not require the use of chromatography columns and helps ensure high purity, high recovery and survival of unexposed T cells. This protocol can be easily scaled up based on your sample size.
