These are hydrophilic Dynabeads™ (2.8 µm) containing amino groups. Surface amino groups are reductively aminated through aldehydes and directly covalently bind carbohydrates, glycoproteins, and glycolipids.

• Binds rapidly (less than 1 hour) at neutral to high pH and room temperature.
•No further surface activation is required.
•Excellent reactivity with a range of cross-linking reagents, enabling easy introduction of further alternative surface chemistries.

Application:
Ideal for separation of small molecule components such as proteins and peptides. Allows protein C-terminal coupling. Ideal for isolating proteins or other targets with affinity for specific carbohydrate moieties.
