Total exosome isolation reagent (from cell culture medium) allows rapid and efficient enrichment of intact exosomes from cell culture media samples exosomes.
• Maximize greatly improved recovery of intact exosomes for any type of downstream application
• Easily isolate exosomes with a simple and reliable protocol
• Avoid time-consuming ultracentrifugation
• Excellent flexibility—can be scaled up or down based on sample volume

Isolation of exosomes can be a time-consuming, tedious, non-specific and difficult process. Total Exosome Isolation Reagent (from Cell Culture Media) allows for simple and reliable concentration of intact exosomes from cell culture media samples in a protocol that scales with sample volume.

This reagent binds water molecules, allowing less soluble components (such as vesicles) to separate from the solution. These poorly soluble components can then be collected by short, low-speed centrifugation. Add the reagent to the cell culture sample and incubate the solution overnight at 2°C to 8°C. Precipitated exosomes were recovered by standard centrifugation (speed: 10,000 xg, time: 60 minutes). The pellet is then resuspended in PBS or similar buffer, and the exosomes are ready for downstream analysis or further purified by affinity methods. Then use Total exosome RNA and protein isolation kit to purify total RNA and protein, or complete exosomes The body is used for biological studies involving its pathways, function, and transport. For immunoprecipitation of exosome proteins, use Exosome immunoprecipitation (Protein A) or Exosome immunoprecipitation (Protein G).

To isolate intact exosomes from serum samples, we recommend using the Total Exosome Isolation Reagent (from serum).
