The MagniSort™ Human NK Cell Enrichment Kit Set is designed for the magnetic isolation of NK cells by negative selection. It has been optimized for the isolation of human NK cells from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Unwanted cells, including NKT cells, are bound by antibodies and then by magnetic beads, which when placed in a magnetic field allow the NK cells to remain untouched and free in solution.
