MagniSort™ Mouse CD4 T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed for the magnetic isolation of mouse CD4 T cells by negative selection. It is optimized for the isolation of mouse CD4 T cells from spleen and lymph nodes using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Non-target cells are bound by the antibody, which then binds to the magnetic beads, and if they are placed in a magnetic field, uncontacted free CD4 naïve T cells will be left in the solution.
