CELLstart™ is a defined substrate that Contains only human-derived ingredients (no xeno ingredients). CELLstart™ supports attachment of human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and expansion of undifferentiated clones in serum-free media without the use of feeder cells. CELLstart™ can also be used for the attachment of mesenchymal stem cells, neural stem cells and human feeder cells such as foreskin fibroblasts.
