GeneArt™ Linear pUC19L Vector is a ready-to-use linear version of the popular cloning vector pUC19. pUC19L plasmid (2.7 Kbp) is specifically designed for use with the GeneArt™ Seamless Cloning and Assembly Kit ( (Cat. No. A13288) cloning and DNA assembly vectors. The vector was produced by digesting the supercoiled pUC19 plasmid with the restriction enzymes PstI and KpnI and detecting clones of up to 4 DNA fragments.

•lacZα gene facilitates blue/white colony screening for selection of recombinants
• pUC origin of replication ( High copy vectors)
• Ampicillin resistance for selection in E. coli
