CellROX™ Deep Red Flow Cytometry Assay Kit Features:

CellROX™ Deep Red detection reagent is cell permeable and emits no or very weak fluorescence while in a reduced state. After oxidation, the reagent exhibits a strong fluorescence signal with maximum absorption/emission wavelengths of 644/665 nm and remains localized in the cytoplasm. When used with the included SYTOX™ Blue Dead Cell Stain, reliably differentiates oxidatively stressed and non-stressed cells from dead cells by flow cytometric analysis.
