About the Mini Gel Tank
The Mini Gel Tank is compatible with all Invitrogen Novex, NuPAGE and Bolt mini gels. Each mini gel tank can hold up to two gels at a time. The unique gel tank design allows for convenient parallel loading of gels, enhancing observation during use. Run times may vary depending on buffering conditions and power supply used.

About NuPAGE Tris-Acetate Gels
NuPAGE Tris-Acetate Gels provide excellent separation of large molecular weight proteins. NuPAGE Tris-acetate precast gels are high-performance polyacrylamide gels that can simulate the denaturing or non-denaturing conditions of the traditional Laemmli system. Its unique buffer formula maintains a lower operating pH during electrophoresis, enabling superior protein separation compared to traditional Tris-glycine SDS-PAGE gels.

To transfer proteins to membranes, we recommend using NuPAGE Transfer Buffer (NP0006) for traditional wet transfer using the Mini Blotting Module (B1000). Alternatively, use the Invitrogen Power Blotter for fast semi-dry transfer or the iBlot 2 Gel Blotter (IB21001) for fast dry transfer.
