Thermo Scientific Agarase is an enzyme that specifically cleaves the agarose polysaccharide core into new agarose oligosaccharides. Agarase enzymes gently and efficiently recover DNA or RNA fragments from low-melting agarose. The recovered nucleic acid can be directly used for amplification, cloning or sequencing.
