Thermo Scientific Bsp143I (Sau3AI) restriction enzyme recognizes the ^GATC site in its unique buffer at 37°C The best cleavage effect in (isoschizoases: BfuCI, BssMI, BstKTI, BstMBI, DpnII, Kzo9I, NdeII, Sau3AIm).
