Thermo Scientific GeneJET™ Stabilized and Fresh Whole Blood RNA Kits are designed for use with a variety of whole blood samples (fresh, frozen or Quickly and efficiently purify high-quality total RNA from human blood samples stabilized using commercial stabilizers such as Tempus™ and PAXgene™.

The kit uses silica membrane technology in a convenient spin column format, eliminating the need for expensive resins, toxic phenol-chloroform extraction, or time-consuming alcohol precipitation. The kit includes DNase I for enzymatic removal of genomic DNA. RNA can be isolated from whole blood in less than 30 minutes (including cell lysis and DNase I treatment).
