SNAP™ MidiPrep Kit is a mid-scale plasmid DNA purification kit designed for use from 10-100 mL overnight cultures Purify pure plasmid DNA quickly and easily (Figure 1). The SNAP™MidiPrep program only takes 40 minutes. All you need to do is:

• Lyse cells and filter debris with SNAP™ Filter Column
• Add flow-through to SNAP™ DNA Binding Column
• Wash column
• Use water or TE buffer Elution of Pure, Supercoiled Plasmid DNA

Plasmid DNA purified with the SNAP™ MidiPrep Kit can be used immediately after eluting from the column. No sedimentation required. Elute ∼200 ng/µL plasmid with TE or water, suitable for subsequent applications such as mammalian cell transfection. Typical yields are shown in Table 1.
