Thermo Scientific FastDigest Value Pack contains 13 of the most commonly used FastDigest enzymes. This type of enzyme will support a wide range of molecular biology applications, such as cloning vector and insert preparation, rapid cloning analysis, and PCR product digestion. Each enzyme in the set can perform 20 standard restriction enzyme digestion reactions.

Thermo Scientific FastDigest enzymes are a series of high-end restriction enzymes that are 100% active in a single buffer. The universal FastDigest and FastDigest Green Buffers can quickly complete DNA single, double or multiple enzyme digestions in 5–15 minutes without the need for buffer changes or subsequent DNA purification steps. Thermo Scientific DNA-modifying enzymes are also 100% active in this buffer. For convenience, FastDigest Green Buffer contains a density reagent and two tracking dyes for direct gel loading of digestion reaction products.

FastDigest Green Buffer provides the same high performance as colorless FastDigest Buffer in DNA digestion reactions and downstream applications. For applications requiring product analysis by fluorescence excitation (eg determination of concentration under UV light), the use of colorless FastDigest buffer is recommended.
