GeneAmp™ dNTPs are deoxyribonucleoside triphosphates dissolved in glass distilled water and titrated to pH 7.0 using NaOH. GeneAmp™ dNTPs with added dUTP can be used in combination with AmpErase™ Uracil N-Glycosylase (UNG) in a carryover prevention strategy to generate dU-containing PCR products.
