About the Mini Gel Tank
The Mini Gel Tank is compatible with all Invitrogen Novex, NuPAGE and Bolt mini gels. Each mini gel tank can hold up to two gels at a time. The unique gel tank design enables convenient parallel loading of gels and enhances observation during use. Run times may vary depending on buffering conditions and power supply used.

About NuPAGE Bis-Tris Precast Gels
Invitrogen NuPAGE Bis-Tris Protein Gels are precast polyacrylamide gels that can achieve a wide range of molecular weight proteins under denaturing conditions. Ideal separation. Unlike traditional Tris-Glycine gels, NuPAGE Bis-Tris gels have a neutral pH environment to minimize protein modifications. Transfer
To transfer proteins to membranes, we recommend using NuPAGE Transfer Buffer (NP0006) for traditional blotting using the Mini Blotting Module (B1000) Wet transfer. Alternatively, use the Invitrogen Power Blotter for fast semi-dry transfer or the iBlot 2 Gel Blotter (IB21001) for fast dry transfer.
