Thermo Scientific dITP (2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate) is a highly stable nucleotide with Supplied as a 100 mM aqueous solution and titrated with NaOH to pH 7.3-7.5. The purity of this nucleotide is greater than 99%, free of nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. It can be used in many different molecular biology applications.

Applications

•Suitable for all molecular biology applications, including use of PCR and RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, SNP loci and primer extension with Taq DNA Polymerase.

• dITP is not suitable for PCR using proofreading enzymes or proofreading enzyme mixes.
