Tris-buffered Thermo Scientific CTP (cytidine 5'-triphosphate) is an extremely stable nucleotide. Supplied as a 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.3-7.5 using Tris base. The nucleotides are over 99% pure, contain no nuclease activity, and are functionally tested in in vitro transcription.
