The Thermo Scientific GeneRuler Express DNA Ladder is recommended for use in agarose gels ranging from 100 bp to 5,000 bp. Stranded DNA was sized and roughly quantified. The DNA ladder consists of 9 DNA fragments and is supplied with 6X TriTrack DNA loading dye.

Product Usage
This double-stranded DNA molecular weight standard is combined with 1% standard and precast agarose Slab gel compatible and can be visualized after ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe staining. Due to the uniform band intensity and bright reference band, sizing and orientation can be easily performed. A defined amount of DNA in each band allows for approximate quantification of sample DNA.
