Vivid Colors™ pLenti6.2-GW⁄EmGFP expression control vector is a ViraPower containing emerald fluorescent protein (EmGFP) ™ Positive control lentiviral vector. It is designed for use with the ViraPower™ Lentiviral Expression System as a positive control to enable detection of EmGFP fluorescence after transfection in 293FT cells, as a titer control for the generation of EmGFP-expressing lentiviral stocks, and as a titer control for use in dividing and non-split cells. Transduction controls following transduction in dividing mammalian cells. The vector has a CMV promoter used to drive the constitutive expression of EmGFP and a PGK promoter used to drive the long-term and persistent expression of the blasticidin stable selection marker. This is not a cloning vector.
