Brilliant Staining Buffer is used as a supplement to flow cytometry staining buffer in suspension cell immunofluorescence staining protocols. Brilliant Staining Buffer is only required when using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies in the same sample to prevent non-specific polymer interactions that may result in undercompensated data. Brilliant Staining Buffer is available in 50 µL/assay format and is compatible with traditional fluorescent dyes, Brilliant Violet dyes, Brilliant Ultra Violet dyes, Super Bright dyes, and standard flow cytometry protocols.

Brilliant Staining Buffer is not compatible with UltraComp eBeads and UltraComp eBeads + Compensation Beads. If using these beads as a compensation tool, only flow cytometry staining buffer should be used for all dilutions and washes during bead staining.
