In intracellular staining of antigens in the cytoplasmic and secretory pathways, such as cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors , cells can be fixed using flow cytometry intracellular fixation buffer before membrane rupture using flow cytometry rupture buffer (Cat. No. 00-8333). When used as directed, this buffer is compatible with surface-stained fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies and can be used as a short-term storage buffer for cells stained with fluorochromes, including tandem dyes, and can be stored at 2-8°C. Up to 3 days (store in dark environment).
