Use this kit to isolate human CD34+ progenitor stem cells with high purity and high yield. Positively isolated cells do not contain magnetic beads and antibodies, and their phenotype is unchanged, making them suitable for any downstream application, including flow cytometry, functional studies, and dendritic cells (DC) generated in cell culture. The Dynal™ CD34 Progenitor Stem Cell Isolation System can also be used to isolate CD34+ cells from rhesus monkeys (Macaca).
