Thermo Scientific Bsu15I (ClaI) restriction endonuclease recognizes the AT^CGAT site and performs best in Tango buffer at 37°C (isoschizoases: BanIII, Bsa29I, BseCI, BshVI, BspDI, BspXI, BsuTUI, ClaI).
