DynaMag™-2 Magnetic Stand is optimized for efficient magnetic separation of all types in small (less than 2 mL) sample volumes Dynabeads™ (diameter range 1–4.5 µm). The DynaMag™-2 magnetic stand features a flexible and smart ergonomic design that combines strong magnetic attraction to perform efficient separations in standard microcentrifuge tubes.

Flexible and ergonomic design
Magnetic stands can be used with all types of Dynabeads™ for efficient separation of proteins and nucleic acids. The sample holder can be easily removed from the magnetic stand base to resuspend, vortex, spin or manually shake the sample. The center pin in the tube rack ensures equal vortexing of all tubes. The tube rack can also be removed and used to store test tubes. The 16 numbered sample positions make this magnet suitable for parallel processing of multiple samples. There are 8 test tube positions on each side of the tube rack, which facilitates the expansion of experimental plans and can meet the needs of 96-well plate reactions.

• The removable sample holder is also available as a separate product Purchase (Article No. 123-22D). Purchase an additional sample rack to minimize the need to move tubes back and forth between racks. The tube rack can be placed on the laboratory bench, refrigerator or incubator.
