Thermo Scientific Pierce C18 Spin Column is a ready-to-use porous C18 reversed-phase resin spin column suitable for preparing peptide samples in MS and other analytical methods. This protocol is optimized to efficiently remove interfering contaminants and release peptides in MS-compatible solutions. These columns are effective for processing peptides derived from 10 ng to 30 µg of protein. Sensitivity and detection limits depend on the downstream application.
