Evaluate the entire gene signature in a single experiment
The TaqMan™ hPSC Scorecard™ Assay Panel provides pre-plated assays in a stable, convenient dry format to help save time. Simply add TaqMan™ Master Mix to your cDNA of interest and transfer it to a 96-well plate using a multichannel pipette.

Compare results to reference standards
The TaqMan™ hPSC Scorecard™ Assay Bundle includes access to proprietary cloud-based analysis software that allows you to view and export graphs of your results and forms, and generate reports. The software is compatible with seven Applied Biosystems™ qRT-PCR systems at no additional charge.

Identification of cell lines with tri-lineage differentiation potential
Include randomly differentiated embryoid body (EB) samples (differentiated for at least 7 days using standard EB methods) in your Analyze and determine whether your cell line is biased towards one or more of the three germ layers (endoderm, mesoderm, ectoderm).

Assessing induced differentiation specific to one germ layer
The assay panel includes more than 20 markers for each of the three germ layers, which have been shown to The response to directed differentiation in monolayer cultures was as expected.
