Quality TestedGibco™ Trypsin Solutions are tested for pH, osmolarity, sterility and performance. In addition, before production, the raw materials are verified by electron beam irradiation and tested for endotoxin, PPV, PCV 1/2, mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi and viral contamination, as well as various activity assays, ash analysis and moisture analysis.
Traceability RecordsWe can provide detailed records to meet your regulatory needs. Trypsin information provided by Gibco™ includes batch traceability, animal certificate of origin, batch analysis, irradiation certificate, virus inactivation summary, and supply chain transparency.
cGMP Manufacturing and Quality SystemsGibco™ Trypsin is manufactured in a cGMP compliant facility in Grand Island, New York. The factory is an FDA-registered medical device manufacturer and is certified to the ISO 13485 standard. To ensure supply chain continuity, an equivalent Gibco™ Trypsin Solution (25050-014) manufactured in a Scottish factory is also available. The latter is also a medical device manufacturer registered with the FDA and complies with the ISO 13485 standard.
