Ambion® modified nucleotides impart unique characteristics to the RNA molecules they integrate into. For example, the incorporation of aminoallyl-modified NTP allows the reactive amino group to be subsequently coupled to other molecules such as biotin or Cy™ dyes. Supplied in a tube containing 50 mM (50 μL). Unlike NTPs directly coupled to dyes, the incorporation of aminoallyl-modified NTPs is almost as efficient as unmodified NTPs while being significantly less expensive than dye-coupled NTPs.
