RT-PCR grade water is certified free of nuclease and nucleic acid contaminants that can cause false-positive signals in RT-PCR. RT-PCR grade water is ready-to-use and requires no preparation, mixing or autoclaving.

Quality Control
RT-PCR grade water has been tested for prokaryotic and eukaryotic genomic DNA contamination using ultra-sensitive PCR methods. Supplied with 10 x 1.5 mL tubes. PCR was performed using 16S rRNA primers to assess prokaryotic DNA contamination. PCR was performed using 18S rRNA primers to assess eukaryotic DNA contamination. It is tested for non-specific endonuclease and exonuclease contamination as well as RNase activity and is suitable for any PCR application.
