Thermo Scientific Exonuclease I (ExoI), available in 20 U/µL, 4000 Units packaging, can be stored in 3''→ Degrades single-stranded DNA in the 5'' direction. It can gradually release the 5' monophosphate of DNA, leaving the 5' dinucleotide intact.

This enzyme will not degrade DNA chains whose terminal 3'-OH is blocked by a phosphoryl group or an acetyl group.
