Versatile HCS NuclearMask Blue, HCS NuclearMask Red, and HCS NuclearMask Deep Red stains can be used for DNA content determination and cell delineation of formaldehyde-fixed cells on high-content imaging and analysis (HCS) platforms. HCS NuclearMask Blue, HCS NuclearMask Red and HCS NuclearMask Deep Red stains have maximum excitation/emission wavelengths of 355/460 nm, 622/645 nm and 638/686 nm respectively after binding to DNA. HCS NuclearMask Blue stain easily differentiates visible and near-infrared wavelength fluorophores, HCS NuclearMask Red stain easily differentiates green and even orange fluorophores, and HCS NuclearMask Deep Red stain easily differentiates visible wavelength fluorophores for multi-parameter use analyze.
If whole cell staining is required, HCS CellMask stains label the entire cell (cytoplasm and nucleus) and provide accurate background against which features of interest can be assessed. HCS CellMask stains are available in a variety of colors for maximum flexibility in multi-pass detection. Provides sufficient capacity to stain 10 96-well plates using an assay volume of 100 µL/well.
