Thermo Scientific dNTP/dUTP Mix contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP (final concentration 2 mM each) and dUTP (final concentration 4 mM) solution. All nucleotides are >99% pure and free of nuclease activity and human and E. coli DNA. This mix helps reduce the number of pipetting steps and the risk of errors in reaction setup. This product is ready for use in PCR, reverse transcription, and other applications using Taq DNA polymerase.

• dNTP/dUTP is not suitable for PCR using proofreading enzymes or proofreading enzyme mixes.
