Green Renillaluciferase is a derivative of the wild-type Renilla luciferase gene from Renilla A 36kDa protein. GreenRenillais more stable in serum than wild-type luciferase and has an emission spectrum shifted toward the green region. The protein provides an extremely bright flash signal that decays rapidly.
