Using Guardian peroxidase conjugate stabilizer/diluent, commonly used 1 mg/mL antibodies and streptoavidin can be combined Peroxidase conjugates were diluted up to 100,000-fold and stored at 4°C. Most ELISA and blot applications of HRP conjugates require at least a 1000-fold dilution (to 1 μg/mL) of the commonly used 1 mg/mL stock solution. A typical colorimetric ELISA experiment requires diluting 10 mL of HRP-conjugated secondary antibody 1000 to 5000 times from a 1 mg/mL stock solution.
