Quick and easy cell proliferation assay
CyQUANT™ NF Cell Proliferation Assay Kit does not Requires cell lysis, prolonged incubation, radioactive labeling, or removal of stain from cells. The CyQUANT™ NF Assay eliminates the freeze-thaw cell lysis step of the original CyQUANT™ Cell Proliferation Assay and instead uses a cell-permeable DNA-binding dye and a plasma membrane-permeable reagent. The CyQUANT™ NF Cell Proliferation Assay Kit can be used in 96- or 384-well microplates and is available in two packaging formats: a 200-assay kit (C35007), suitable for smaller sample volumes, and a 1000-assay kit (C35007) C35006), suitable for high-throughput applications.
