Qtracker™ non-targeting quantum dots are designed to be injected into the tail vein of mice for in vivo adoption in small animals
Imaging (SAIVI) technology to study vascular structure. These nanocrystals emit strong fluorescent and red-shifted emission signals to increase tissue penetration and feature a specially developed PEG surface coating to minimize the effects of non-specific interactions and reduce tissue immune responses. Because the PEG surface coating contains no reactive functional groups, Qtracker™ non-targeted quantum dots can retain long circulation times and enable imaging for up to 3 hours with a single injection, or longer with additional injections.
Are different emission spectra or longer tracking required?
