Quant-iT RNA Reagents and Assay Kits
Quant-iT RNA Reagents and Assay Kits make RNA quantification easy and accurate. The kit provides concentrated detection reagents, dilution buffer, and pre-diluted RNA standards. This assay is highly selective for RNA compared to double-stranded DNA and provides a dynamic range of 5-100 ng RNA.

Quant-iT RNA BR (Broad Range) Assay Kit
The Quant-iT RNA BR (Broad Range) Assay Kit provides an accurate and selective Methods for quantification of high-abundance RNA samples. The original Quant-iT RNA Kit is highly sensitive, while the Quant-iT RNA Wide Range Kit is suitable for microarray samples with higher RNA concentrations. This assay is highly selective for RNA compared to double-stranded DNA and provides a dynamic range of 20-1000 ng RNA.

Quant-iT RNA XR (Extended Range) Assay Kit
The Quant-iT RNA XR (Extended Range) Assay Kit provides an accurate and selective Methods for quantification of high-abundance RNA samples. This detection reagent is highly selective for RNA and cannot quantify DNA, proteins or free nucleotides. This assay kit is designed to accurately detect RNA samples with initial concentrations from 10 ng/µL to 10,000 ng/µL (depending on sample volume), with a linear detection range of 200–10,000 ng.

For each assay, simply dilute the reagents in the provided buffer, add sample (any volume from 1 µL to 20 µL is acceptable), and read using a fluorescence-based microplate reader concentration value. Excellent resistance to common contaminants such as salts, free nucleotides, solvents, detergents and proteins.
