pAd⁄CMV⁄V5-DEST™ Gateway™ Vector Kit contains Gateway™-adapted ViraPower™ adenoviral expression vector, pAd⁄CMV⁄V5-DEST™ vector for simple recombination-based cloning and adenovirus-based transient expression of target genes in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells. This vector can be used to generate adenovirus containing target genes with constitutive, high-level expression driven by the CMV promoter.
