Retore PLUS Antibody Stripping Buffer is a mild formulation specifically designed for antibodies that are difficult to remove in Western blotting experiments, require longer incubation times, or incubate at temperatures above 22°C. This product can quickly and efficiently remove high-affinity antibodies at room temperature without affecting the transferred protein, thereby enabling multiple detections of target proteins.

Protocol Summary:
• Rinse the blot to remove the chemiluminescent substrate.
• Incubate the blot in Restore Western Blot Antibody Stripping Buffer for 5 to 15 minutes at room temperature
(or incubate high-affinity antibodies at 37°C)
• Remove the blot membrane and wash in wash buffer Wash in solution
•Block the blot
